Job Title: Sandblasting Technician
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sandblasting Technician to join our team. As a Sandblasting Technician, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying abrasive materials to remove paint, rust, dirt, or other contaminants. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our surface preparation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and covering areas not to be blasted.
• Select the appropriate abrasive materials, nozzles, and settings for each project.
• Safely and accurately apply abrasive materials to surfaces, ensuring consistent coverage and quality.
• Monitor and adjust blasting parameters to achieve desired results.
• Inspect surfaces after sandblasting to ensure proper cleaning and smoothness.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of sandblasting equipment.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
