Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
   • Ensure project goals, specifications, and quality standards are clearly defined and met.
   • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
   • Monitor progress, track key milestones, and manage project risks and issues.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
   • Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
   • Delegate tasks appropriately, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
   • Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during project implementation.
